Download Theme Authenticity Checker Plugin from WordPress repository.

Upload it to your plugin directory and activate the plugin.

Go to Appearance > Theme Checker. The plugin will show you whether your theme (s) got any bug or not.

Update: I have found another useful plugin which is slightly different from above but it works more inside of the theme to check Malware and Malicious code or bug. The plugin, named as Theme Check is now available at WordPress repository and you can download it for free.
