You can noindex specific posts and pages in WordPress using a simple plugin named “Robots Meta“.

Download and install the plugin from WordPress repository. Once activated, it will automatically show Noindex, Doindex, Nofollow, DOfollow options with every post editor mode.

How to Noindex specific Posts and Pages in WordPress Using Plugin

Though Robots Meta plugin hasn’t updated for long, still it should work fine with latest WordPress version. However there is another latest plugin named “WordPress Meta Robots” which should also work fine.

Noindex using Premium Themes’ Built-in option

Premium themes like Thesis, Genesis have built-in option today to control noindex and nofollow from the post editor mode. If you have such premium themes then you can easily control noindex more effectively.
